Delete your Cap Sept account
In the app
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Under Data, choose Delete my account and confirm.
This deletes your account and everything stored for it on our servers right away, and removes your answers and recordings from the phone.
Without the app
Contact us by email at support@ysylabs.com from the email address of your Google account (if you signed in with Google), with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account, including your email address and name if you signed in with Google
- Your progress, results, written texts, problem reports and AI usage records
- Your purchase record at RevenueCat
Recordings are never stored on our servers. A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) to stop future charges. Google keeps its own payment records as required by law.
